Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the ordered items. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed mostly by Suppliers via our fulfillment and shipping network, except in some cases where orders may be processed directly by our Order Team. This will be stated on the affected Product pages. As such, stock quantities may not always be accurate and up-to-date, and Vendors or our Order API may not always be able to fulfill all Orders.

In such scenarios, we will release the Authorization Charges. We will charge you when we begin processing the shipment for the order. When you place an order, we simply charge you an authorization to ensure funds will be available when we begin processing your order.

The Order team will normally process your Order within 5 business days (Monday through Friday), although Order Processing may take up to a week or more (especially for International orders). Be sure to check the full listing on the Product Page to see the Ship Durations and Order Processing Times where stated for more specific order processing times.

Order Statuses

When you place an Order on the site, it will undergo any or all of the Order statuses that Vendors or our Order API may classify your Order under. We’ve listed the Major Order Status below.

Pending Payment

This status usually indicates that the payment for your order is awaiting approval or confirmation from the payment processor or your financial institution.

Failed

The vendor or order API could not complete the payment processing for your order or the order itself. This usually occurs when payment of an Order cannot go through or after an Authorization Charge is released because the vendor or Order API cannot fulfill an Order.

On-Hold

The Order & Billing team reviews your order for either a Fraud Review, an ongoing Customer Support Ticket, or other internal reasons.

If your order is on hold and you’re not aware of the hold, please reach out to Customer Support

This can also mean we are still waiting to receive your payment or processing the payment in the Fulfillment Network’s partner account. The order team will not begin processing orders until funds have cleared into our accounts. This normally takes up to 48 hours but may take longer if funds get held by payment processors during the process.

Processing

Your Order has been received and is being β€˜processed’ by the Order team. This includes checking and confirming item availability and shipping options for the items in your order.

You can request to cancel your order at this point.

We may cancel the order during the processing stage if no shipping options are made available or an Export is declined for international orders.

Orders past the “Processing” stage can no longer be canceled online. You will have to wait for your package and request a return instead.

Slightly Delayed

Your order is updated to this status when it passes its “ship-by” date. In most cases, your order would still be in process but delayed, and it would arrive late outside the initial delivery eta.

This is part of the “Processing” stage, and you can still cancel your order when it’s Slightly Delayed.

If your order has been in this state for over 5 business days, please contact Customer Support.

Submitted for Fulfillment

Your order has been sent to our Fulfillment network and Warehouses. We will let you know once your order has been shipped.

Under Review

We’re currently reviewing your Order. This may be because you recently reached out to us for an order issue, or we’re looking into a delay that’s affected your order. Contact us if you’re not aware of this status of your Order stays under review for more than 4 business days

Preparing for Shipment

Your Order is being processed and prepared for shipment. Depending on the nature and contents of the order, some orders take longer to prepare for shipment than others.

Delayed by Fulfillment Center

Our fulfillment network has experienced a slight delay in getting your order ready for shipment and sent out. We’re currently looking into and working on getting your Order sent out as soon as possible. This status is normally resolved and updated within a few hours, up to 24 hours.

Preparing for Export

Your order (for international orders only) has been prepared for shipment. We are now preparing the required export documentation.

Awaiting Pickup

Your order has been prepared for shipment or export and awaits a scheduled carrier pickup. Orders will normally ship out within 24 hours after being prepared for shipment or export and have been marked as Awaiting Pickup.

International orders are shipped out every Friday after being prepared for export. To skip the scheduled pickup for your international order, please select one of the priority shipping methods during checkout

Shipped

The Order has left the vendor’s or our dispatch warehouse. When an Order Status is updated to Shipped, a tracking number is normally added.

An Order may be shipped without a Tracking Number. Rest assured that your order is still on its way, and you will get it soon.

Queued for Refund

A cancellation request has been submitted for this Order. We’re just checking to make sure it’s not on the way, and we’ll be issuing a refund shortly. You should get a confirmation email once this has been processed.

Refunded

Your order payment has been returned to the payment method you originally used for reasons found in our Returns and Refunds Policy or other reasons that may arise in the Order Processing stage.

Delivered

The Order has been delivered to the Shipping Address that was set on the Order, usually to the Customer.

Sometimes, this may indicate a package in your Order has been delivered to our Dispatch Warehouse and is awaiting further export Shipment.

Always check to ensure the status is not Preparing for Export when your order says delivered or a tracking number indicates the order was delivered.

Partially Shipped

Your Order has been Shipped to our Dispatch Warehouse in Sarasota, FL, and will be forwarded for Final Delivery after being processed at our dispatch Warehouse.

Pending Deposit Payment

Your order was placed via a lay-bye plan, and we’re currently waiting on the payment of the deposits for your lay-bye payment plan. 

Delivery Terms

Transit Time Domestically

This will depend on the Shipping Method you select during Checkout.

The shipping carrier may experience unexpected delays. Once the Items ship, you must check in with the Carrier directly.

Domestic orders are normally in transit for 2 to 5 business days on average.

Transit Time Internationally

This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We can offer a more specific estimate when you choose your courier at checkout.

International orders take slightly longer to be dispatched due to export preparation requirements and documentation. To speed up your international order, please select one of the faster shipping methods during Checkout or contact us to upgrade your shipping method if you have already placed your Order

The shipping carrier may experience unexpected delays. Once the Items ship, you must check in with the Carrier directly.

International orders are normally in transit for 4 to 12 business days on average.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of Order Processing Completion.

Change of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address request, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

P.O. Box Shipping

The Retail Market will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses using USPS, but we cannot offer this service using courier services.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service.

If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for the next steps.

Duties & Taxes

Sales Tax

The price of the goods, as displayed on the website, does not include sales tax. This will be calculated based on the shipping address used during checkout.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid only for Shipments to the US Territories, with no additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country except where specifically stated during Checkout.

All other Shipments to other countries will need to be cleared once they arrive in the destination country. We will constantly update this as we establish Clearance Agents in countries and territories across the globe.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
