To view the current status of your Retail Market Order, please use the form below. You will need the following:

  1. Your Order Number, should be in the format RO-XXXX… where XXXX… are numbers.
  2. Your Order Email Address, that is the email you used to place the Order during Checkout.

If you have lost or cannot find your Order Number, please contact us or email us directly for assistance with tracking your Order.

If you do not understand your Order status, please review order statuses.

Track & View Order Status

Get your Order Number and Email handy. You'll need them to track and view the status of your Order.

In the format RO-XXXX… (without the leading # from the Order Number).

Should match the email used to place the Order during Checkout.
